The Cuciellini Cocktail

 

We think this is a great variation to the Spritz. Using the Best Vermouth for Cocktails, Cucielo Bianco turns this summer spritz into a stand out. Enjoy!

Serve in a Champagne Flute

Ingredients

*50ml Cucielo Bianco

*20ml Peach puree

*2 dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters

*100ml Prosecco DOC/DOCG

Method

Add Cucielo Bianco, peach puree and bitters to a chilled champagne flute.

Give the contents a brief stir and top with chilled prosecco.

Garnish with fresh basil leaf and enjoy!
