Negroni de Palma

A singularly elegant Aperitif or after dinner cocktail. Made with the best Gin for Negroni!  Mixed with equal measures of the best Spritz and best Vermouth finished with 2 drops of Angostura Orange Bitters

Glass Rock

Ingredients
* 30ml Palma Gin
* 30ml Sprissetto Venezia
* 30ml Vermouth Cucielo Rosso
* 2 drops Angostura Orange Bitters

Mix it up
* Add Palma Gin, Sprissetto Venezia and Cucielo Rosso Vermouth in an Ice filled shaker, stir until chilled and strain into an ice filled rock glass.

Garnish 
* Use fresh orange peel for the perfect zest.
