This years Christmas/Summer cocktail is sorted. Made with the best white Vermouth Cucielo Bianco
50ml Cucielo Bianco
20ml fresh lemon juice
5/10ml sugar syrup
top w/ ginger ale
Garnish w/ lemon and rosemary.
Place Cucielo Bianco, Cognac, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup into a Cocktail shaker filled with ice and gently shake.
Strain into a tall wine glass filled with ice and top with Ginger Ale.
