Glass Large tumbler or spritz glass
Ingredients
- 60ml Cucielo Blanco Vermouth de Torino
- 90 ml Prosecco DOC/DOCG … the good stuff
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- Splash of soda water
Mix it up
- Add Cucielo Vermouth Bianco and Prosecco into a large spritz glass filled with ice.
- Add the bitters and top with a splash of Soda water.
Garnish
- With a fresh sweet slice of orange.
